UAV Thermal Coating Solution

Luna Labs has developed an innovative and environmentally friendly coating for infrared (IR) and thermal management, specifically tailored for small unmanned aircraft systems (UAS). This cutting-edge coating offers numerous advantages, including thermal signature reduction, minimal thermal detection, lightweight properties (with less than 5% mass increase), and enhanced safety by eliminating hazardous isocyanates.

Our prototype coatings have already been successfully applied to a small UAS, which can be easily transported in a backpack and utilized for “over-the-hill” intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) missions.
